Tom provides real estate transaction service management and strategic consulting service both office and industrial needs: brokerage RFP and selection; asset acquisitions and dispositions; occupancy/workplace need analysis and strategies, RFP writing and management and land services.

Tom specializes in consolidation and merger strategies for corporate facilities such as rightsizing, re-engineering, alternative workplace strategies (AWS), creation of new space and/or redevelopment and build-to-suit facilities. Tom has a strong record of success on large complex deals working with and for Fortune 100 companies, addressing and finding solutions for cost control and business units.

Tom is also an expert in the areas of leasing, purchasing and selling, sale leaseback and design build for both office and industrial logistic service buildings. He has experience on the development side of real estate which gives his clients valuable insights into the benefits, liabilities and responsibilities of financial investment. In addition, he knows brokerage services and processes which can create and demand high value in rating and understand of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Anna Hallett

Anna is President of Hallett Associates, LLC and has twenty years of experience in commercial real estate working in tenant representation, corporate solutions, financial analysis, research, and marketing.

Throughout her career, Anna has responded to hundreds of tenant, broker, and landlord Requests for Proposals (RFP). Her responsibilities included writing and editing responses, as well as coordinating multiple response participants. She has developed a deep understanding of how to create an effective RFP and is a valuable resource for tenants seeking the right cost effective real estate solution.

She has also assisted with tenant site location, employee demographic mapping, property tours, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and lease abstract and review.

Anna has also used her research and writing skills to create real estate market reports, gathering, evaluating, and reporting on economic, demographic, and market data.
